Returns for 30 days \ Free repairs for 6 months

Customer service is our top priority at Kindness Gems!

We appreciate your understanding and patience when reaching out to us and will evaluate return requests on a case by case basis to ensure your satisfaction.

Please submit a request through the contact form or send us an email at kindnessgems@gmail.com and we will reply as soon as possible help you with your request.

All items are handmade by our small team so we prefer to do exchanges over returns but will grant refunds when appropriate. We also offer store credit. Always happy to accommodate repairs, please reach out even if it's past the 6 month policy we can still repair for a small fee.

Mystery Rings and Custom Orders are final sale but we will still honor repairs for those items.

Repairs can take 1-4 weeks once we receive your item in the mail. We appreciate your patience and apologize for any inconvenience!
