You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed. Please allow 24-48 hours after receiving this email for USPS to update your tracking number and send you a second email with the number included.
All items are handmade with love by our small devoted team in San Diego, CA and due to the nature of our artisan business we are greatly impacted by refunds. However, we are more than happy to accommodate repairs and exchanges!
Mystery Rings and Custom Orders are final sale but we will still honor repairs for those items.
