Customer service is our number one priority at Kindness Gems. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us at email@example.com within 90 days of your purchase and we will evaluate on a case by case basis to determine if a refund or exchange is an appropriate course of action.
If approved, we will require you to mail back the product(s) to receive a full or partial refund. A full refund will only include the amount you paid for the product(s) (including taxes) but will not include the cost of shipping. If the price of the product has changed since your purchase (for example if it was on sale) then we will only refund you for the original price you paid.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged beyond repair. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
Kindness Gems only covers the cost of shipping to you. If you are returning or exchanging an item, you are responsible for paying the cost of shipping it back to us.
